How is payment handled?
A 20% non-refundable deposit will be due when the pieces and the date are reserved. The balance will be due the day of the event.

What if there's bad weather the day of my event?
If its raining or there are winds of over 25 MPH, we won't be able to set up. If it looks like the weather will pass, we will wait before setting up until the weather looks clear. If we are unable to set up at all due to weather, we'll do what we can to reschedule. If rescheduling is not an option, you will NOT owe the balance!

Are you insured?
Yes! We are covered.
We also have a liability waiver that is filled out prior to using the pieces.

Aren't bounce houses just for little kids?
We have several pieces that are a great fit for junior high, high schoolers, and adults! Head on over to our Inventory page & take a look at our Obstacle Course with Slide, Boxing, Jousting, Rapidfire Relay, and Basketball Free Throw Shoot!

What kind of events do you do?
Birthday parties, church events, fairs, carnivals, city festivals, holiday events...let us know what you have in mind!

Why aren't there any prices listed on your website?
The short answer is that no two events are the same! Quotes vary due to the numberof pieces rented and the length of your event. We'll be happy to provide you with a custom quote for your next special event!

What about power?
Inflatable pieces need to be set up within 100 feet of power. If there isn't a power source at the site, we have a generator we can bring for an additional fee.
